Order Delivery

We deliver the products you ordered to the cargo company in full and perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are not damaged when receiving from the cargo company. You should inform the cargo company representative about your complaints about the damages that may occur during the delivery of the products to you before receiving them from the cargo company. If you are not satisfied with the products after receiving them, see the Product Returns section.

Order Delivery time

It will be delivered within an average of 3 working days inside İzmir and within 5 working days on average out of İzmir. Weekend orders, orders placed after 14:00 on Friday, will start to be delivered on Monday. All orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday and may not arrive before Tuesday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
